    If you decide to proceed with our service, we will begin searching for the perfect venue for you.

    2. Venue Search & Selection

    Choosing the right venue is one of the most important steps in the event planning. We help you find a venue that aligns with your vision, guest count, and overall wedding style.

    Support Includes:

    • Scheduling & coordinating venue tours

    • Venue comparison & professional recommendations

    • On-site inspections (Additional fees may apply for locations outside Tokyo)

    Please note that the venue search fee is separate from the full planning service

    3. Official Contract & Deposit

    Once you have selected your venue and are ready to move forward with our full planning service, we proceed with the official contract.

    4. Vendor Selection & Coordination

    To bring your wedding vision to life, we carefully select reliable and talented vendors, including florists, photographers, videographers, hair & makeup artists, catering services, and more.

    Support Includes:

    • Researching & recommending vendors

    • Coordinating meetings & negotiations

    • Comparing quotes & providing expert advice

    • Assisting with vendor contracts

    Timeline: Around 9 months before the wedding

    5. Planning & Design Consultation

    We create a wedding concept that reflects your personality and preferences. This includes the overall theme, décor details, event timeline, and guest experience.

    Support Includes:

    • Unlimited email & communication support

    • Vendor management & coordination

    • Vision board creation & design consultation

    • Customized monthly checklist

    • Regular Zoom meetings

    • Ceremony & reception finalization

    • Detailed timeline creation

    Timeline: Around 6 months before the wedding

    6. Wedding Day Coordination

    On your special day, we ensure that everything runs smoothly so that you can fully enjoy the moment.

    Day-of Support Includes:

    • Overseeing the wedding schedule & logistics

    • Coordinating with vendors & managing event setup

    • Ensuring smooth transitions throughout the day

    • Managing any unforeseen issues

    • Assisting guests & ensuring a seamless experience

  • Full Wedding Planning

    ¥1,200,000 + tax

    For couples seeking complete planning support in Japan, beginning with venue search and continuing through the wedding day.

    Services include:

    • Venue research, recommendations, and selection support

    • Budget planning and overall creative direction

    • Vendor recommendations, quotations, and coordination

    • Bilingual communication with Japanese venues and vendors

    • Planning schedule and wedding-day timeline creation

    • Ceremony and reception planning

    • Wedding-day coordination for up to 10 hours

    ※Venue fees, catering, photography, videography, florals, hair and makeup, entertainment, transportation, accommodation, additional staffing, rentals, and other third-party costs are not included in the planning fee.

    Each venue and third-party partner applies its own payment, change, cancellation, postponement, and refund policies. Any fees or costs charged under those policies will apply separately and will be the clients’ responsibility.

    Additional celebrations, including welcome dinners, rehearsal events, and after-parties, are quoted separately.

    The final planning fee will be determined according to the event scale, location, number of guests, planning period, and overall scope of services.
